The school of international cultural exchange is the department in charge of international student recruitment, education and management of the school. It was established in December 2001, and has set up the department of Chinese international education, the office of the school and the office of international student management.
The department of Chinese international education now has 11 full-time and part-time teachers, including 3 professors and 2 associate professors.All teachers are qualified to teach Chinese as a foreign language.The college offers basic Chinese, Chinese course, Chinese reading, Chinese listening, Chinese speaking, Chinese writing, Chinese colloquial language, Chinese general situation, Chinese culture, HSK exam-oriented training, calligraphy, tai chi and other courses according to the different levels and characteristics of overseas students.Foreign students with language proficiency can go directly to relevant departments to learn the major they are interested in.
The study level of overseas students can be divided into several levels and types, such as short-term language study, undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and so on.

The college and the international college are jointly run by the international exchange center.The international exchange center is one of the 68 first batch of self-funded overseas study abroad agencies approved by the ministry of education, the ministry of public security and the state administration for industry and commerce on January 15, 2000.
